Your Role with the Company:
You will be responsible for identifying and implementing people, process and technology improvement across the company.
  • Work with IT Business Solutions and appropriate internal teams to identify, define and document reporting, application and workflow requirements.
  • Conceptualize, design, develop and implement solutions to meet requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance and enhancements to existing commercial and in-house business applications and databases including Microsoft Access, SQL Server, Business Objects/Crystal Reports and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Engage and partner with outside consultants to achieve project deliverables where appropriate.
  • Produce process diagrams, project plans and end user training.
  • Operate within tight deadlines to deliver high quality, fully documented work.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Programmer required.
  • Strong preference given to individuals with private equity/debt strategies and related industry experience.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, adapt to changes easily and quickly, make decisions, be highly motivated and customer service oriented.
  • Being flexible and able to operate within a fast-paced environment with multiple, shifting and overlapping priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to create business process documentation including swim lane, flowchart & related diagrams.
  • Ability to quickly learn new business and technical concepts / tools as needed.
  • Ability to report directly to a remote resource.
  • Demonstrated team player.
  • Detail oriented with outstanding quality assurance and testing skills.
  • Experience with Private Equity industry specific solutions preferred.
  • Experience with partnership accounting and reporting is a major plus.
  • Experience in the Senior Debt and Mezzanine space is a major plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Finance/Accounting or another related field
  • Experience with Visio, SSRS, TSQL, Microsoft Access, Tableau and Crystal Reports.
  • Programming experience with VBA in Excel/Access.
  • Fundamental understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Dynamo CRM, FIS Investran and Black Mountain Software is a major plus ++
